Precision is a small aviation company located in Newberg, Oregon. It specializes in helicopter training, agricultural, and Part 135 charter flights. I was hired to accelerate the growth of the flight training division while maintaining high safety standards. 

  • Managed all aspects of the flight training division, including fixed-wing and rotorcraft flight training programs, marketing, administration, and regulatory compliance.

  • Performed duties as a Part 135 Fixed-wing and rotorcraft pilot, Certified helicopter instructor, chief pilot, and check airman.

  • Implemented a new sales and marketing program leveraging CRM, trade shows, and regional air shows.

  • 71% increase in revenue within the first 12 months.

  • Created a job pipeline for career-focused students; 80% of graduates were employed as a pilot after graduation.

I led IT operations for over 2,000 stores, two distribution centers, and two data centers, ensuring efficient and reliable technology services. My efforts in cost management and cross-functional collaboration supported the company's rapid expansion and operational excellence.

  • Implemented desktop life cycle management strategy for over 21,000 PCs in 50 states, reducing costs, improving uptime, and lowering time to repair.

  • Implemented new server technology from legacy Sequent equipment to IBM & HP midrange Windows and Unix servers to support company growth.

At Fred Meyer, I was brought on to manage the deployment of new in-store servers across all locations. These servers were critical to supporting various store operations, including receiving, inventory management, point of sale, and pharmacy services. My role was essential in ensuring the technological infrastructure was robust and reliable, facilitating seamless store operations and enhancing overall efficiency.

  • Managed mid-range servers and wireless networks for 900 stores, four distribution centers, and two data centers.
